1. What to include
Tell us that you want to delete your Mortal Pawn account and associated personal data. Include your player ID if you have it, or your display name and other non-sensitive context that can help identify the account. If you no longer have the game or do not know your player ID, email us anyway so we can discuss available verification options.
We may ask for information proportionate to verifying that you control the account. A display name by itself may not establish ownership. Do not send passwords, authentication/session tokens, full payment-card information or identity documents with the initial request.
2. Data covered by the request
Deletion covers the game account and associated personal profile, saved progress, owned heroes, equipment, inventory, virtual currency and account-owned gameplay records in our active systems, subject to the limited exceptions below. Account deletion is permanent; uninstalling the app or clearing local settings alone does not delete server records.
3. Limited retained records and backups
Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, purchase disputes, fraud prevention or security. Any retained information is limited to those purposes. We explain applicable exceptions when handling your request. Existing backups may retain copies until expiry; they are not used for ordinary gameplay or marketing.
We respond without undue delay and within one calendar month of receiving your request, subject to any lawful extension that we explain to you. We promptly explain any verification information needed. Verified account deletion is completed without undue delay, normally within 30 days after verification, and sooner where required by applicable law.
Backups expire within 30 days of creation. A copy containing your deleted data can remain until that expiry, for no more than 30 days after account deletion. Deleted accounts must not be restored for ordinary gameplay from a retained backup.
Google Play and other independent providers may retain their own records under their policies. Deleting a game account does not itself erase a store purchase record or submit a refund request.
4. Deleting from the game
If your installed version offers Settings → Delete Account, you can read and confirm the deletion warning there. This option requires access to your signed-in account and an available connection. The email route above remains available independently of your installed version.
