Mortal Pawn is provided by Mortal Pawn Dev, operated by Roman Aptsiauri. These terms cover the game and this official website. Contact: mortal.pawn.dev@gmail.com.
The game is intended for players aged 13 and above. You must meet any additional minimum-age or parental-permission requirements applicable where you live.
2. Access and your account
The game requires an internet connection for its online features. You are responsible for your device and for keeping account/session credentials private. Device-linked account access can be affected by clearing data or changing devices; contact support when you need help.
Test access, features and availability may change during development. Information about a planned browser edition or unavailable download link is not a promise that the feature is currently playable.
3. Fair use
Do not cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with servers, automate abusive activity, impersonate others, or use the service to infringe others' rights. Do not use display names to disclose private information or harass others. We may restrict access to address abuse or protect the service, subject to applicable law.
4. Purchases and virtual content
Where in-app purchases are offered, the relevant store displays the price and purchase terms. Purchased virtual content is for use in the game; it is not real-world money and does not grant ownership of the game's intellectual property. Purchase and refund requests remain subject to applicable law and the relevant store's rules. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
5. Content and permissions

6. Privacy, deletion and changes
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request account deletion at any time, subject to verifying ownership and limited retention described there.
